Slitti Chocolate (we like the Latte Nera)
Old School Marshmallows

Since the theme this week is Barbeque, I thought I'd include a recipe that uses the remaining heat and flame from those coals.

The trick to great s'mores (according to my daughter, Claire) is to torch the mallow until it's blazing and black, scrape it off the stick onto a pre-made graham/chocolate sandwich and go at it. The faster you eat the first one, the sooner you can start the second one.

Serving Suggestions and Tips: Oh, and nothing goes down better with s'mores than ice cold milk or the rest of the red wine.
