Strawberries with Saba Sauce
Serves 6

1 pound strawberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup Saba (balsamic grape juice)
1 cup water

Perfect for our late spring season, you will certainly enjoy this dish's refreshing taste on any occasions. You can substitute any seeded berry fruit if you can't find great strawberries (i.e. raspberries).

Pluck and wash strawberries well in cold water, drain and halve if too large. Add sugar, water and Saba. Let stand for 30 minutes and serve.
