Sauteed Fava Beans
Serves 1 - 4 -- depends if you are the sharing type.

1 lb shelled, fresh fava beans
4 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves sliced garlic
Salt & Pepper

This week's recipe isn't so much of a recipe as it is a plea. Fresh Fava Beans are in the Market right now (Frank's has so of the best, I think.)

Sautee the fava's in the EVOO and garlic until they are how you like them (tender or al dente - there's no right way, really).
Eat.

Serving Suggestions and Tips: Italian Sangiovese or a fruity white like Moscato Giallo works well with this.
