This week's recipe isn't so much of a recipe as it is a plea. Fresh Fava Beans are in the Market right now (Frank's has so of the best, I think.)

This recipe is easy to make, harder to perfect, but definitely worth trying. Warning: they are addictive.

Scaloppine is an Italian term describing a thin scallop of meat (most often veal). They are also known as veal cutlets.
