This is another version of asparagus wrapped in prosciutto but it's the best one and the easiest.

This week's recipe isn't so much of a recipe as it is a plea. Fresh Fava Beans are in the Market right now (Frank's has so of the best, I think.)

This recipe is easy to make, harder to perfect, but definitely worth trying. Warning: they are addictive.

Michele (my wife), makes this very rarely. We can't figure why because it's really quite delicious and easy. Perhaps because it can be messy. Fear not! Dive in and go at it.
