This is an easy to make, yet delicious pasta. Since it has so few ingredients, it is important to use the best! Try Rustichella d'Abruzzo brand spaghetti, Stella Pinot Grigio white wine and El Velero or Agostino Recca anchovies packed in salt.

This is a version of the old classic, gnocchi. Making it is almost as much fun as hearing people pronounce it!
