The 2007 Veramonte Pinot Noir Reserva from the Casablanca Valley in Chile. Back in 1990, Agustin Huneeus chose this beautiful valley for its microclimates and soils He realized their similarites to California's Napa Valley and Carneros winegrowing regions. The Reserva Pinot Noir is a real classic Pinot with earthy aroma, red berry fruitiness, nice acidity and a soft finish. Beyond all this, The Veramonte Pinot Noir Reserva is an incredible value. If you hoave a choice between a Carneros Pinot Noir and the Veramonte; choose four bottles of the Veramonte and take home some change!
